PLOT
Second-year high school student Junpei Ksaka abhors the sight of cats since he is allergic to them. As luck would have it, Kaede Mizuno, his high school crush, enjoys cats a lot. One day as she returns from school, Junpei unintentionally kicks an empty can, breaking the neighborhood neko-jiz-sama (guardian deity of cats). He discovers that he can now comprehend what cats, notably Nyamsus, the irritable household cat, are saying. To make up for the damaged statue, he must now grant 100 wishes to cats, or else he will transform into a cat and pass away from an allergy.
